BBCC Dual Credit Enrollment Programs

Here at Big Bend Community College, we offer a variety of dual credit enrollment opportunities, including Running Start for those looking to experience a college campus in high school, to workforce courses through the Career and Technical Education (CTE) program, or college courses offered on your own high school campus with College in the High School (CiHS). All these programs allow you to receive high school and college credit at the same time.
Running Start is a program that allows 11th and 12th-grade students to take college courses at Washington’s 34 community and technical colleges. Students earn both high school and college credits for these courses. Running Start students and their families do not pay tuition but are responsible for mandatory fees, books, and transportation.
